Plamann Santoku


The Plamann Santoku is named after the (very patient) USN'er who commissioned it. He requested a thin slicer for the kitchen with some design cues taken from my standard sheepsfoot pattern. 

-.100" 440C stainless steel heat treated by Lee Oates

-10" OAL

-5.25" blade

-7.8 ounces 

-Full flat grind

-Hand rubbed, then tumbled finish

-Desert ironwood scales with black & white G10 liners

-Black micarta rod

-14 degree edge (28 inclusive)
