This is my version of Murray Carter's 3.7 sun Deba kitchen knife.   

- Blue - .113" AEB-L stainless steel heat/cryo treated by Peters to 60-61 RC

- Red/black - .105" 440C stainless steel heat/cryo treated by Peters to 60-61 RC

- 8.5" OAL

- 4.25" blade

- 3.9 ounces 

- Flat ground 

- Tapered tang

- Hand rubbed finish

- Box elder burl stabilized and dyed blue by Faron Moore, blue & black G10 liners, titanium pins

- Stabilized & dyed spalted fiddleback maple saya with bronze pins & retaining pin made of above handle material

- Amboyna burl stabilized by Faron Moore, black G10 bolsters, black paper micarta liners, hidden carbon fiber pins
